KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Applewood Village Shopping
Center, A Colorado General Partnership, Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantor"
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable consideration to the grantor in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does
hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY AND
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described prem-
ises to-wit:

Beginning at a point 60.0 feet east of and 300 feet south of
the southwest corner NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, T3S, R69W;
thence south along the west boundary line of the Applewood
Village Shopping Center PCD, a distance of 200.0 feet;
thence east a distance of 10.0 feet; thence north parallel
to said west line a distance of 164.0 feet; thence east a
distance of 21.0 feet; thence north a distance of 23.0 feet;
thence west a distance of 21.0 feet; thence north a distance
of 13.0 feet; thence west a distance of 10.0 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
For the purpose of traffic signal installation.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee that the
Grantor has good title to the aforedescribed premisese and good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
