RIGH'I'-OF-vJAY AND EASEMEN'l' on, along, over and across the follow-
ing described premises to wit:

Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of

1 as described in Book 2785, Page 341, records of said coun-
ty, TOGETHER WITH the west 10 feet of the south 90.4 feet of
the north 110 feet of said Parcell.
Said tract contains 3405 square feet or 0.078 acres, more or
less.
For the purpose of: Installation and maintenance of sidewalks,
utilities and signage.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:

have good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have
good and lawful right to grant this easement.
