son, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and

other valuable consideration in hand paid by the CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, a municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose
address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, vlheat Ridge, Colorado 80033,
County of Jef ferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called
"City", does hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGHT-
OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following
described premises to wit:
A tract of land lying in the SE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of
Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, described as follows:
The south 3.81 feet of that parcel of land as descrilJed in
Book 2000, Page 563, records of said county.
Said tract contains 248 square feet or 0.006 acres, more or
less.
For the purpose of installation and maintenance of sidewalks,
utilities and signage.
