PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Papedo Enterprises, whose
address is 200 South Jersey Street, Denver, County of Denver,
State of Colorado, hereinaft,er called the "Grantor" for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration in hand paid by the CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, a municipal corporation in the State of Colorado, whose
address is 7500 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033,
County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called
"City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT
RIGHT-OF-WAY AND EASEMENT on, along, over and across the follow-
ing described premises to wit:

Wheat Ridge, County of
described as follows:
That portion of land described in Reception No. 78008337
lying north of line A and south of line B. Line A lies 34.5
feet south and line B lies 32.5 feet south of the north line
of said NE 1/4, respectively. Both lines are to be located
by perpendicular measurement and to lie parallel with the
north line of said NE 1/4; together with a triangular piece
of land described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Line A with the west line
of that parcel as described in Reception No. 78008337; thence
southerly 12.44 feet along the said west line; thence
northeasterly 17.59 feet, more or less, to a point on line A;
thence westerly 12.44 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said tract contains 377 square feet 0.009 acres, more or
less.
