KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Charles E. Redig and Phyllis
M. Redig, whose address is 7060 West 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County
of Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor"
for and in consideration of the sum of

hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT RIGH'l'-OF-\\'AY AND
EASEMENT on, along, over and across the following described
premises to wit:

South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of
vJheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, described as follows:
The north 17.33 feet of Parcell and Parcel 2 as described in
Book 2154, Page 630, records of said County, except the north
11.5 feet together with a triangular pjece of land described
as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Parcel 2; thence southerly
23.20 feet to a point on the west line of said Parcel 2;
thence northeasterly 32.80 feet, more or less, to a point on
the north line of said Parcel 2; thence westerly 23.20 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, except the north 17.33 feet.
Said tract contains 883.53 square feet or 0.020 acres, more
or less.
For tbe purpose of: Installation and maintenance of sidewalks,
utilities and signage.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
