Markle 6415 Southeast Evergreen Highway Vancouver, Washington 98661 Re: Permanent Easement and Right of Entry, West 38th Avenue Improvement Project, S-38.01-91, 6700 West 38th Avenue Mr. and Ms. Markle: I am sending this letter and plan sheet in accordance with your discussion with Chuck Braden, our right of way agent. 1. We will move the driveway in front of Mr. Nealon's ~0\ property to the east approximately 10 to 15 feet to allow for ~\r ~ . parking on the west side of your parking lot. ~l'" I. }2.
