NEALON whose address is 6750 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "grantors" for

BooK 2947 page 945 as: The East thirty-six (36) feet of Lot
2, and the West four (4) feet of Lot 1 Block 1, THOMAS SUBDI-
VISION, except the South 10 feet thereof, reserved for utili-
ty easement and access right-of-way; and the East 25 feet of
Lot 3, and the West 35 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, THOMAS SUBDI-
VISION, with the South 10 feet thereof reserved for driveway
and utility easement, the Plat of which was recorded in Plat
Book 10 at Page 8, Jefferson County Records. (Together with
the improvements thereon, commonly known as 6750-80 West 38th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.)
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of W. 38th
Avenue sidewalk, utillities, and traffic signs.
