PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MARY ~OUISE ZARLENGO' DAVID
G. RICCIARDI whose address is 8301 W. 38t Avenue, Wheat Ridge,
county of Jefferson, state of Colorado, hereinafter called the
"Grantors" for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "citv", do
hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along,
over and across the following described premises to wit:

Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, city of Wheat. Ridge, Cmmty of Jefferson,
state of Colorado, described as:
That portion of the parcel of land described at Recep-
tion number 89057253 of the official records of the
county of Jefferson, State of Colorado, lying south-
easterly of a line beginning at a point ~R the south
line of said parcel (north line of W. 38 Ave.), 10
feet west of the southeast corner of said parcel, to a
point on the east line of said parcel (west line of
Brentwood st.), 10 feet north of said southeast corner.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 50 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 8301 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the city that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
