KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ANTHONY J. & KIMBERLY A.
DAVIA whose address is 8~51 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County
of Jefferson, state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Gran-
tors" for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/I00
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration to them in hand
paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City.., do
hereby give and grant to said city PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along,
over and across the fOllowing described premises to-wit:

A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 23,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, city of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as:
That portion of the parcel of land described at Recep-
tion number 91093747 of the official records of the
County of Jefferson, state of Colorado, lying southwest-
erly of a line beginning at a point on the south line
of said parcel (north line of W. 38th Ave.), 10 feet
east of the southwest corner of said parcel, to a point
on the west line of said parcel (east line of Brentwood
st.), 10 feet north of said southwest corner.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 50 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 8295 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the city that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
