KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BEA SLINGSBY whose address
is 3710 Teller st., Wheat Ridge, county of Jefferson, state of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the City of Wheat I
Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv", do hereby give and grant to 1-
said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the NE 1/4 of section 26,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as:
The East 30 feet of the North 10 feet of that parcel of
land described at Book 2403 and Page 680 of the official
records of the county of Jefferson, State of Colorado.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
storm sewer system.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 300 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 3731 & 3737 Teller st., Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that she has good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
