KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that PAUL J. , NOLA A. MILLER whose
address is 9395 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantors" for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOa DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv", do hereby give and grant to
said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:

South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Wheat
Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as:
THAT PORTION OF LOT 1, JO MAR SUBDIVISION, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON,
STATE OF COLORADO, LYING SOUTH OF A LINE DESCRIBED AS COMMENCING ON
THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 1, 5 FEET NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF SAID LOT; THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH
LINE OF SAID LOT 1 TO A POINT ON THE ARC AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
SAID LOT 1.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a retaining
wall and sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
