KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FOOTHILLS MEDICAL ASSOC.,
INC. whose address is c/o Skyline Property Management, 143 Union
Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado, 80228, hereinafter called the "Gran-
ters" for and in consideration of the sem of TEN .7I.ND NO/lOa

them) in hand paid by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called '
"City", do hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT
on, along, over and across the following described premises to-
wit:
A tract of land lying in the NE 1/4 of section 27,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as:
The North 10 feet of the West 140 feet of that real
property described at Reception Number 87042655 (Book 93
Page 39 "FOOTHILLS MEDICAL CENTER").
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
bus-stop and sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 1400 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 8550 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; that they has have
good and lawful right to grant this easement.
