KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FRANK W. & JUNE K. WIEBE whose
address is 9745 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantors" for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and I
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the City of I /
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv", do hereby give and grant to
said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 22. Township 3
South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, city of Wheat
Ridge, county of Jefferson, State of Colorado, described as:
THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF THE EAST 80 FEET OF THAT PARCEL OF REAL
PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO AT RECEPTION NUMBER 92078156.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a retaining
wall.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 175 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 9745 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the City that they have good
title to the aforedescribed premises; that they have good and
lawful right to grant this easement.
