KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ANNA AMATO whose address is
3795 Holland st., Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of
Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN AND NO/lOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the City of Wheat
Ridge, hereinafter called "City", does hereby give and grant to
said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:

Meridian, city of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, described as:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF THE NORTH 5 FEET OF LOT 48, WEST
HORIZON SUBDIVISION, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF
COLORADO.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
retaining wall.
Subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. CITY WILL PROVIDE ADEQUATE DRAINAGE ALONG STREET.
2. CITY WILL PROTECT EXISTING RETAINING WALLS.
3. CITY WILL REMOVE AND REPLACE SAID WALL TO MATCH
DRIVEWAY GRADE, SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY.

4. CITY WILL MAINTAIN THE SIDEWALKS ON 38th AVE.
LONG AS THERE IS AN OFFICIAL CITY SIDEWALK
TENANCE POLICY AND FUNDING IN EFFECT.

And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good
title to the aforedescribed premises and that she has good and
