~ PERMANENT EAEEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that ~ARMSEN AND SONS DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY whose address is 12068 W. 50t Place, Wheat Ridge, County
of Jefferson, state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Gran-

hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along,

THE EAST 5 FEET OF THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 321.3
FEET (AS MEASURED ON THE WEST LINE) OF LOT 14 STANLEY
HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION IN THE COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO. EXCEPT ANY PORTION THERE-
OF GRANTED TO FRUITDALE SANITATION DISTRICT IN BOOK 1828
AT PAGE 678 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF THE COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a
storm sewer.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE.
Said tract contains 1600 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: VACANT LAND.
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the City that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises and that they have good
and lawful right to grant this easement.
