KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WILLIAM V. MITCHELL JR. AND
GEORGIA A. MITCHELL whose address is 3802 WRIGHT COURT, Wheat
Ridge, County of Jefferson, state of Colorado, hereinafter called
the "Grantors" for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable considerations to them in hand paid
by the City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby /_ \
give and grant to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over
and across the following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the NW 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado, described as:
THE SOUTH TWENTY TWO FEET OF THE NORTH SIXTY TWO FEET OF
THE WEST FIFTEEN FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 3,RIDGE SUBDIVISION
COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
For the purpose of: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A
TRAFFIC TURN-AROUND.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: NONE
said tract contains 330 square feet more or less.
Also known by street and number as: 3802 WRIGHT COURT,
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033.
And the Grantors hereby covenants with the City that they have
good title to the aforedescribed premises; and that they have
good and lawful right to grant this easement.
