AND RUNNING THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF W. 38th AVE. WHICH IS 5 FEET WEST OF THE WEST LINE OF EVERETT ST. For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a sidewalk. Subj ect to EXHIBIT "A" REFERENCE. the following terms and conditions: SEE ATTACHED HERETO AND HEREIN INCORPORATED BY Said tract contains 12.5 square feet more or less.
