For the purpose of: Construction and maintenance of a sidewalk and street signs. subject to the following terms and conditions: THE CITY WILL REPLACE THE EXISTING FENCE ALONG W. 38th AVENUE AND LOCATE IT AT THE BACK OF THE SIDEWALK. THE CITY WILL PLANT 5 JUNIPER TREES ALONG THE SOUTHJl;QVft SIDE OF SAID PARCEL. SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" WHICH IS HEREBY MADE A PART OF THIS DOCUMENT FOR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Said tract contains 56 square feet more or less. Also known by street and number as: 8505 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033. And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good title to the aforedescribed premises and that she has good and lawful right to grant this easement.
