PERMANENT EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that RIDGEVIEW BAPTIST CHURCH
whose address is 3810 YOUNGFIELD ST, Wheat Ridge, County of
Jefferson, state of Colorado, hereinafter called the "Grantor"
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other valuable consideration to them in hand paid by the city of
Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "City", do hereby give and grant
to said City PERMANENT EASEMENT on, along, over and across the
following described premises to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the NW 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 3 South, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal
Meridian, City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State
of Colorado, described as:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTH WEST CORNER OF TRACT C, RIDGE
SUBDIVISION, COUNTY OF JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT C,
40.0 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS THE TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING. THENCE CONTINUING NORTHERLY ALONG THE SAID
WEST LINE 23.12 FEET. THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 88.66 FEET
M/L TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT C WHICH IS
78.90 FEET FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT C.
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 28.90 FEET. THENCE NORTHWESTERLY
56.18 FEET MIL TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
For the purpose of: CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A
STORM SEWER.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: CITY WILL
