CONSERVATOR'S DEED
THIS DEED is made between Doris J, Cheever, conservator of the
estate of Pauline J. Burdett, protected person, grantor, and City
of Wheat Ridge, a municipal corporation, grantee, whose legal 7
address is 7500 W 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, j/ ,~
State of Colorado 80215-6797,
GRANTOR was appointed as conservator of the estate of the
protected person by the DIstrict Court in the County of Jefferson,
State of Colorado, Case No 95PR249, on March 27, 1995, and IS now
qualified and actIng In such capacity.
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon grantor
by the Colorado Probate Code, grantor does hereby sell, convey,
assIgn, transfer and set over unto the grantee, for and in
consideratIon of the sum of three hundred and three dollars and
seventy-fIve cents and other valuable consideration, the follOWIng
described Permanent Easement on, along, over and across the
