Subject to the following terms and conditions. The City agrees to hold harmless the Grantors from and
agall1st any SUit, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, including personalll1jury or loss oflife, which
may occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of said storm sewer by and/or for the
City on the property subject to this easement.
