Place, Wheat Ridge, County ofJefferson, State of Colorado 80033, hereinafter called the "Grantors" for and in consideration

of the official records of the County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, bemg more particularly described as follows.
The Westerly 5 00 feet of the Said tract ofland.
For the purpose of: The construction and maintenance of a Sidewalk.
Subject to the following terms and conditions: To the extent permitted by law, and without walVlng any immumtJes,
protectIOns, or defenses available at common law or under statute, including, Without limitation, the Colorado
Governmental IrnmunitiesAct, Section 24-1 0-101, et seq., CR.S., the City, indlVldually and for Itself only, agrees to hold
harmless the Grantor( s) from and against any suit, claim, attorney's fees, loss or damage, including personal mjury or
loss oflife, which may occur as a result of negligent construction or maintenance of said sidewalk by and/or for the City
of Wheat Ridge on the property subject to this easement.
Said tract contains 634 square feet (0 0146 acres) ofland, more or less.
Also known by street and number as. 6790 W 44th Place, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033
And the Grantors hereby covenant with the City that they have good title to the aforedescribed premises; and that they have
good and lawful right to grant thiS easement.
