WITNESSETH:
That for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration paid by Assignee to Assignor, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the Assignor does hereby convey and assign unto Assignee, its successors and
assigns, all of Assignor's right, title, and mterest m and to that certain perpetual easement and
right to construct, install, remove, replace, add to, maintain, repair, operate, change or alter
underground sewer lines and appurtenances, together with any and all sewer mains and manholes
sItuated therein, all necessary nghts-of-way for the convenient ingress and egress thereto and
therefrom granted by James B McKenna and Laura A. Brayman on August 23, 2001 and
recorded on August 24, 2001 in the County of Jefferson at ReceptIOn No, F1305641 The
location of the easement is more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and fully
mcorporated herein by this reference.
