KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Michael Anne Cito, whose legal address 7150 W. 34'h PI.,
City of Wheat Ridge, County of Jefferson, State of Colorado, 80033, hereinafter called the "Grantor" for and in
consideration ofthe sum ofTEN and NO/IOO ($10 00) and other valuable consideration to her in hand paid by the
City of Wheat Ridge, hereinafter called "Citv". does hereby give and grant to said City PERMANENT

Point, said Point lying on the southerly Right-of~Way line of West 34th Place, the northwesterly comer of
said Parcel found at Book 2959, Page 388, and also being the True Point of Beginning;

loss or damage, including persona! injury or loss of hfe, which may occur as a result of negligent construc-
tion or maintenance of said sidewalk by and/or for the City on th~ property subject to this easement.
Said tract contains 172 square feet or 0 0039 acres, n'or~ or less.
Also known by street and number as: 7150 West 34'" Place, Wheat RIdge, Colorado, 80033
And the Grantor hereby covenants with the City that she has good title to the afore described premises; and that she
has good and lawful right to grant this easement.
