ORDINANCE NO. 29
Series of 1970
TITLE. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3, Section 3 (1) (c).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Amendment. Ordinance No. 3 of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, is hereby amended in the following manner:
Section 3 (1) (c) is hereby deleted in full.
Authority to amend said ordinance in the above matter
is set out in Section 36 of said Ordinance No. 3 and the City
Council of the City of Wheat Ridge hereby declares that it intends,
through this Ordinance to amend only the above set out matter and
to ratify in full the remaining portions of said Ordinance No. 3
as presiously adopted.
Section 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect thirty (30) days following final publication.

READING, this 5th day of March , A.D. 1970, by a vote of
5 to 0 .
PASSED, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED AND POSTED on second and
