ORDINANCE NO. 81
Series of 1971
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FISCAL YEAR FOR THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE.'
BE IT-ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO;- THAT:
Section I. PURPOSE: This Ordinance is enacted for
the purpose of establishing a fiscal year other than that pro-
vided for by State Statute.
Section 2. FISCAL YEARS: The fiscal year for the year
1971 and ensuing years for the City of Wheat Ridge shall commence
on January 1st and and on December 31st.
Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall take
effect thirty (30) days after publication following final passage.

by a vote of 6 to 0 this 18th day_of, March
