TITLE: AN-ORDINANCE CREATING AND NAMING WHEAT RIDGE-GENERAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 10.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE_CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Authority. Pursuant to Article 4, Chapter-
.
89, of the Colorado-Revised Statutes,-1963, as amended, and
Ordinance No. 43, Series of 1970., of the City of Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, the City Council is given the authority to organize and.
name Special Improvement Districts.
Section 2. Purpose. The purpose of this Ordinance is "
to-establish and name Wheat Ridge General Improvement District
No. 10, which Improvement District is being formed for the purpose
of uniform street paving on Owens Court from West 38 Avenue south
to a cul be sac. -
Section 3. Inclusion.. The legal description of Improvement
District No. 10 is incorporated herein by-reference.
Section 4. Declaration. The City Council does hereby
declare Wheat Ridge General Improvement District No. 10, to be
formally organized. The corporate name shall be as specified in
the Petition, Wheat Ridge General Improvement District No. Ten.
Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force thirty, (30) days after publication following
final passage.
