TITLE: AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF STREETS LOCATED.
WITHIN THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE: I. E. VACATING CERTAIN DESCRIBED
STREETS LYING IN PART OF THE NORTHWEST ONE QUARTER (NWA) OF SECTION
21, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.
WHEREAS, by a Plat recorded in Book 19, Page 62-of the
Jefferson County Records; certain streets were dedicated to the
public; and
WHEREAS, the following described streets have not been
improved; and
WHEREAS,
utilized; and
the fcllowing'described streets have not been
WHEREAS, the-following described.streets:,are within the
City of Wheat Ridge;-and
WHEREAS, no land would, by a vacation of said streets be
left without an established public road connecting it with another
established public road; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission has approved
the vacation of said.streets.
BE IT ORDAINED-BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-WHEAT
RIDGE COLORADO THAT,

Section 1. The following described streets in-the City of
Wheat Ridge,-Colorado, be-vacated, to wit;
The following Street and Avenue within Karelin Subdivision:
Routt Street.h_etween theSouth line of Tract A ,and the South
line of said Subdivision, except the South 90 feet thereof;
and West 47th Avenue between the East line of Simms Street
and the West line of Robb Street.
And the sameis hereby approved and the describedstreets
are hereby vacated; provided, however, said vacation shall be subject
to the following conditions and reservations;
There is reserved to the City of Wheat.Rid9e and to utility
owners the continued use and right to construct, operate, and maintain
sewer, power, telephone, and gas lines in said vacated street.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect _
and be in force thirty (30) days after publication following final
