ORDINANCE NO 89
Series of 1971
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CLERK AND TREASURER
OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. The salary for the Clerk for the year,January=,1,
1972 through December 31, 1972, shall be six thousand nine hundred
twenty-four dollars ($6,924.00). -
Section 2. The salary for the Clerk of the City of Wheat
Ridge shall'-be payable monthly at the rate of five-.hundred seventy-__, _
seven dollars ($577.00)
Section 3. The salary for the Treasurer for the-year
January 1, 1972 through December 31, 1972, shall be five thousand
two hundred eighty dollars ($5,280.00).
Section 4. The salary for the Treasurer of the City of
Wheat Ridge shall=be payable monthly _at-the _rats of four hundred
forty dollars ($44-0.00).-
Section-5. This Ordinance shalltake effect and be in
F -
force effective January. 1, 1972:
Section 6.- This_Ord-inance shall, be subject to Federal
Guidelines in effect.
