ORDINANCE NO 90
Series of 1971
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, SERIES OF 1970,
OF THE CITY, PERTAINING TO CONTROL OF WEEDS WITHIN THE CITY, BY
DESIGNATING THE MAYOR _OR-HIS DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVE AS-THE
ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PROGRAM IN PLACE Or THE CITY COUNCIL AND
AMENDING THE HEIGHT LIMITATION SET OUT THEREIN-:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Section 2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 50 are
hereby amended by deleting the words "City Council" and inserting
in their place the words "Mayor or his designated representative"
wherever said words shall spear in these Sections. _
Section 2. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 50 _is -hereby
amended be deleting the words ."eighteen (18)" and inserting
the words "twelve (12)11 wherever saidwords shall appear in this
Section. -
Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect-and be in force thirty (30) days after publication following
final passage.

POSTED on first reading.by a vote of 3 to 2- this 5th
day of August A.-D.1 1971.
