ORDINANCE NO. 91
Series of 1971
TITLE. AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE MAYOR,_OF THE CITY
OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The salary of the Mayor of_the-City of Wheat
Ridge, Colorado, shall be forty eight hundred ($4,800.00) dollars
per year.
Section 2. The salary for the Mayor of the City of Wheat
Ridge shall be payable at the rats of four hundred ($400.00) dollars
per month.
Section 3.- Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect thirty (30) days after publication following final passage.
INTRODUCED, PASSED ON FIRST READING AND ORDERED PUBLISHED
AND POSTED an the 2nd day of September , A. D. 1971,
by a vote of 5 to 1
PASSED, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED AND POSTED on second
and final reading this 23rd day of September A. D. 1971,
by a vote of 5 to. 1
