TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1: Section 3. ❑f Ordinance No. 91, Series of 1971,
of the City of Wheat Ridge, State of Colorado, is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take effect on the
date of January 10, 1972.
Section 2: Emergency Clause: The provisions of this Ordinance.
are necessary for the following reasons:
1. To prevent the misapplication of public funds.
2. To correct any passible misinterpretations of the legis-
lative intent concerning the salary of the Mayor for the City of _
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, for that term of office beginning January 10, 1972.
Section 3: Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect _
and be in force five days after publication following final passage
providing it shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of three-
fourths (3/4) of the members of the City Council; otherwise said Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication following final
passage.
