TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 86 OF THE CITY-OF -WHEAT
RIDGE RELATING TO A VACATION IF CERTAIN STREETS. 6
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. The following section shall superceds and replace
Section 1. of Ordinance 860
The following described streets in the City of Wheat Ridge,
Colorado, be vacated, to wit:
The following Street and Avenue within Karelin Subdivision,
Routt Street between the South line of Tract A and the South line-of
said Subdivision, except the Souty 90 feet thereof,; and West 47th Avenue
between the East line of Simms Streetand the West line of Robb Street.
And the same is hereby approved and the described streets are
hereby vacated.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
and be in force thirty (30) days after publication following final
passage.

on first reading by a vote of 6 to D this 20th day of
