TITLE: AN ORDINANCE VACATING A CERTAIN PART OF A STREET LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY
OF WHEAT RIDGE: I.E. VACATING CERTAIN DESCRIBED STREET LYING IN PART OF THE NORTH-
WEST QUARTER OF=THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 3 SOUTH, RANGE_69

WEST OF THE 6th PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN -
WHEREAS, by a Plat recorded in Book 19 at Page 62 of the Jefferson County
11 .
Records, a certain street wasdedicated to the public; and
WHEREAS, the following described portion of street is no longer necessary for
use by thE.:public; and -
WHEREAS, said street`is within the city limits of the City of Wheat Ridge; and
WHEREAS, no-land would by a vacation of said street be.left without-an.-estab-
lished public road connecting it with another established road; and
WHEREAS, the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission has approved the vacation of said
street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The following described street in_tha City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado,
be vacated to.wit:
Tract C and Tract E, Karelin Subdivision
Section 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after publication following final passage. _
INTRODUCED, READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED-PUBLISHED AND POSTED on first reading by
