RADO, THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 98, Section 24 A-I-h, is hereby
repealed and re-enacted as follows:

Section 2. Ordinance 98, Section 24 A-I-i, is hereby
repealed and re-enacted as follows:
i. Bond: To insure rehabilitation of the site as pre-
scribed in Sub-paragraph "h" there shall he required at
the time the original permit is issued a performance bond
naming the City Council of the City ❑f Wheat Ridge as
obligee in Mn amount and type to be determined by the
Planning Commission based on and with consideration for
the magnitude of the excavation activities and rehabilita-
tion requirements. In no instance shall the amount of the
bond be less than $5,000.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 108, Section 4.3, B is amended
by the addition of the warding "to a substantial degree" following
the wording "shall be permitted that".
Section 4. Ordinance No. 108, Section 4.3, C is amended
by the addition of the wording "to a substantial degree" after the
word "shall".
Section 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and be in force thirty (30) days after publication following
final passage.
