ORDINANCE NO. 141

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARY OF THE POLICE
MAGISTRATE (MUNICIPAL JUDGE), CITY ENGINEER, CITY SUPERINTENDENT
OF WATER, CITY SUPERINTENDENT OF SEWERS AND CITY SUPERVISOR OF
STREETS FOR THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
SECTION 1. The fee to be paid the Police Magistrate
or Municipal Judge of the City shall be $700.00 (Seven Hundred
and no/100 Dollars) per month; said fee to be paid monthly.
SECTION 2. The fee to be paid the City Engineer shall
be $110.00 (One Hundred Ten and No/100 Dollars) per month; said
fee to be paid monthly.
SECTION 3. There shall be no additional fee paid to the
City Superintendent of Water.
SECTION 4. There shall be no additional fee paid to
the City Superintendent of Sewers.
SECTION 5. There shall be no additional fee paid to the
City Streets Supervisor.
SECTION 6. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect and he in force January 7, 1974.

POSTED on first reading by a vote of 6 to 0 on this
18th day of October , A.D., 1973.
