ORDINANCE NO. 158
Series of 1974
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 98, SERIES OF 1971,
RELATING TO ZONING WITHIN THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE.
SECTION 1. Sub-paragraph F-1, Section 26 is amended to
read: "Banners, pennants, valance or advertising display constructed
of cloth, canvas, fabric, plastic or other material, excepting
those signs which may be erected for the opening of businesses,
announcing festivals and similar occasions. Such banners, etc.
may be allowed to be displayed for a period not to exceed eight
(8) days. Provisions for such banners, etc. are also an expansion
of Sub-paragraph E-5, Section 26 of this ordinance."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30)
days after publication following final passage.

by a vote of 5 to 1
