ORDINANCE NO. 163
Series of 1974
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER
OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The salary for the City Treasurer of the City
of Wheat Ridge for the period of January 1, 1975 through the end
of the term of office of the City Treasurer shall be $7,068.00
(Seven Thousand Sixty-eight and no/100 Dollars) per year.
Section 2. The salary of the City Treasurer of the City
of Wheat Ridge shall be payable monthly at the rate of $589.00
(Five Hundred Eighty-nine and no/100 Dollars) per month.
Section 3. Emergency Clause. The provisions of this
Ordinance are necessary to the immediate well being of City
employees and are effective on and after January 1, 1975.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall he in
force five (5) days after publication following final passage
providing it shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of
three-fourths (3/4) of the members of the City Council, otherwise
said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication
following final passage.
