ORDINANCE NO. 194
Series of 1975
TITLE. AN ORDINANCE SETTING HHE SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER OF
OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. the salary for the Cii,y Treasurer of the City of
Wheat Ridge for the period of January 12, 1976 through the end of
the term of office of the City Treasurer shall be $7,200 (seven
thousand two hundred and no/100 dollars) per year.
Section 2. The salary of the City Treasurer of +he City
of Wheat Ridge shall be payable monthly at the rate of $600.00
(six hundred dollars) per month.
Section 3. Emergency Clause. The provisisions of this
Ordinance are necessary to the immediate well being of city employees
and are effective on and after January 12, 1976.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in
force five (5) days after publication following final passage
providing it, shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of
three-fourths (3/4) of the members of the City Council, otherwise
said Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication
following final passage.

reading by a vote of 6 to 0 this 17th day of
November , A. D. 1975.
READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading
by a vote of 6 to 0 this 15th day of December ,
