ORDINANCE NO. 195
Series of 1975
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE SALARY OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE
CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. The salary for the City Clerk for the period of
January 12, 1976 through the end of the term of office of the
City Clerk shall be $9,252.00 (nine thousand two hundred and fifty-',wo
and no/100 dollars) per year.
Section 2. The salary for the City Clerk of the City of
Wheat Ridge shall be payable monthly at the rate of $771.00 (Seven
hundred and seventy-one and no/100 dollars) per month.
Section 3. Emergency Clause. The provisions of this
Ordinance are necessary to the immediate well being of City employees
and are effective on and after January 12, 1976.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in force
five (5) days after publication following final passage providing
it shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of three-fourths
(3/4) of the members of the City Council, otherwise said Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication following
final passage.

reading by a vote of 5 to 1 this 17th day of November
