ORDINANCE NO 201
SERIES OF 1976
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 OF ORDINANCE NO. 98, SERIES
OF 1971, PROVIDING FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE OF VEHICLES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT-
Section 1. Section 21, Subsection B, Ordinance No. 98, Series of
1971, is hereby amended by adding the following-
lc. Outside storage of vehicles, when entirely enclosed within
an opaque fence. Auto salvage businesses are not allowed within
this subsection.
Section 2_ All remaining Sections of Ordinance No. 98, Serics of
1971, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect
Section 3. The provisions of this Ordinance are necessary for the
preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the citizens of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Section 42 Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force five (5) days after publication following final passage providing
it shall have been passed by an affirmative vote of three-fourths (3/4)
of the members of the City Council, otherwise said Ordinance shall take
effect thirty days (30) after publication following final passage.
INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on first reading by
a vote of 3 to 2 , this 9th day of February , A D., 1976.
READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by a
vote of 4 to 2 this 8th day of March A.D., 1976.
