ORDINANCE NO. 202
SERIES OF 1976
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 189, SERIES OF
1975, SECTION 2C, SCHEDULE OF REQUIRED OFF-STREET
PARKING, AND PROVIDING PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR
COMMERCIAL SCHOOLS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Section 2C, Ordinance No. 189, Series of
1975, is hereby amended by adding the following to the
schedule:
Commercial Schools. 1.0 parking spaces
per each 100 square feet of classroom
area and 1.0 parking spaces per each
teacher.
Section 2. All remaining Sections within Ordinance
No. 189, Series of. 1975, shall remain unchanged and in full
force and effect.
Section 3. The provisions of this Ordinance are
necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety
and welfare of the citizens of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Section 4. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall take
effect thirty days (30) after publication following final
passage.
INTRODUCED, READ, APPROVED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on
first reading by a vote of 5 to 0 , this 9th day of
FEBRUARY , 1976.
