ORDINANCE NO. 233
Series of 1977
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21 8 and 21 C OF
APPENDIX A OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF THE CITY OF
WHEAT RIDGE, AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,
WHICH AMENDMENTS PERTAIN TO MANUFACTURING, FABRI-
CATION AND/OR PROCESSING OF CONCRETE OR CONCRETE
PRODUCTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO THAT:
Section 1. Section 21 C 3 c is hereby deleted in its
entirety.
Section 2. Section 21 B, Appendix A,is hereby amended
by adding the following subsections:
21 B (2) The following special uses shall
be allowed upon approval of the City Council
following public hearing and further provided
such use has received the favorable recommen-
dation of the Planning Commission.
(a) Manufacturing, fabrication and/or pro-
cessing of concrete products.
Section 3. All remaining parts of Section 21 shall remain
in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect
30 days after publication following final passage
INTRODUCED, READ ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED ON first reading
by a vote of 5 to 1 , this 23rd day of May, 1977.
READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED ON second reading by a vote
of 4 to 2 , this 20th day of June , 1977.
