ORDINANCE NO.
SERIES OF 1977
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-3 OF THE CODE OF LAWS
OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, AS ADOPTED AND PASSED IN
1977, WHICH SECTION PERTAINS TO KENNEL LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Section 4-3(e) of the Code of Laws of the City
of Wheat Ridge, adopted in 1977, is hereby amended to read:
(e) This Section shall not apply to and will
not be construed to require a kennel license
for any pet shop which sells animals of less
than six months of age.
Section 2. Renumber the existing Section 4-3(e) to be
numbered Section 4-3(f).
Section 3. All remaining sections and parts of sections
of Chapter 4, as heretofore enacted, shall remain in full force
and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect 30 days after publication following final passage.

READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final
reading by a vote of 6 to 0 this 14th day of November, 1977.
