TITLE: All ORDINANCE A`;ENDING SECTION 2.4 OF APPENDIX B, FLOOD PLAIN ZONING
ORDTNA.NCE, OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF THE CITY OF 14HEAT RIDGE, AS
ADOPTED AND PP-SSED IN 1976, AS AMENDED, WHICH SECTION PERTAINS TO
THE ADOPTION OF OFFICIAL MAPS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IJHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Section 2.4 is amended by the addition of the following:
The area encompassed hereunder shall also include that
area covered by the "Flood Hazard Area Delineation of
Sloan's Lake Basin Report", urban Drainage and Flood
Control District, dated October 1977, as shown in Sheets
15, 1E, 18, and 19, in that document,
within the City of 'Uheat Ridge.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after rublication following final passage.
