ORDINANCE NO. 270

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF LAND LOCATED AT
7360 WEST 44TH AVENUE, CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COUNTY OF
JEFFERSON, STATE OF COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Upon application of R. W. Investments for rezoning in
Wheat Ridge Case No. WZ-77-22, and upon recommendation for
approval from the Wheat Ridge Planning Commission, and
pursuant to findings made based upon testimony and evidence
presented at public hearing before the Wheat Ridge City
Council, Wheat Ridge Zoning Maps are hereby amended to
exclude from the R-C Zone District and to include within
the PCD Zone District, the following described land:
The West , of the N.E. ; of the N.W. ; of the
S.E. ; of Sec. 23 in Twp. 3 S and Range 69 W,
of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Jefferson
County, Colorado, except the N. 30 ft., in use
as W. 44th Ave. except the East 25 ft. in use
as Upham Street, and except the East 125 ft. of
the North 130 ft. thereof. (Also known and numbered
as 7360 West 44th, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.)
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect 15 days after final
publication.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 6 to
0 on this 10th day of April , 1978; ordered published in
full in the Wheat Ridge Sentinel and Public Hearing and consideration
on final passage set for April 24 , 1978 , at 7 : 30 o'clock p .m.,
at Council Chambers, Anderson Building, 4355 Field Street, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado.
