ORDINANCE NO. _ 279
Series of 1978
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION VII OF ORDINANCE NO. 261,
SERIES OF 1978, REGARDING SALARIES OF COURT PERSONNEL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO,
THAT:
Section 1. Section VII of Ordinance No. 261, Series of 1978, is hereby
amended as follows:
Section VII. Court Personnel.
Municipal Judge - Effective January 1, 1978, $9,600 per annum,
payable monthly.
Deputy Judge - Effective January 1, 1978, $6,000 per annum,
payable monthly.
Bailiff - $4.00 per hour, minimum $12.50 per session.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be retroactive to January 1, 1978, except
that all payments made to the Deputy Judge to date, plus future monthly pay-
ments during 1978, shall not exceed in total the annual maximum sum of
$6,000.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of 4 to 2
on this 15th day of _ May 1978; ordered published in full in the
Wheat Ridge Sentinel, and Public Hearing and consideration on final passage
set for June 12 , 1978, at 7:30 p.m., at Council Chambers,
Anderson Building, 4355 Field Street, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final reading by a vote of
6 to 0 , this 12th day of June , 1978.
