SERIES OF 1978
TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 261, SERIES OF 1978,
SECTION I, MERIT AND CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION
ADDING ADDITIONAL JOB CLASSIFICATION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO, THAT:
Section 1. Ordinance 261, Series of 1978, is hereby amended
by adding the following pay grades, classification titles and
pay ranges:
Pay
Grade Classification Title Pay Range
34 Maintenance Supervisor $1,057 - $1,374
Section 2. All remaining pay grades, classification titles and
pay grades within Ordinance 261, Series of 1978, shall remain
unchanged in full force and effect.
Section 3. Severability Clause.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this
ordinance or the application thereof to any person or
circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by a court
of competent jurisdiction invalid, such judgement shall not
affect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this
ordinance or its application to other persons or circum-
stances.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
15 days after publication following final passage.
