ORDINANCE NO. 321

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 18-32, 18-33, 18-34
18-35, 18-36 and 18-37 OF ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 18, OF
THE CODE OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:
Section 1. Sections 18-32, 18-33, 18-34, 18-35, 18-36 and
18-37 of Article II, Chapter 18, of the Code of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance is necessary for the immediate preserva-
tion of public property, health, peace and safety for the reason
that the above-mentioned sections represent an existing conflict
with Ordinance No. 309, which reenacted the above-mentioned
sections as Chapter 2, Article IV, Section 2-26, of the Code
of the City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage
and continue in effect as an emergency ordinance until superceded
or until 90 days from this date.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED as an emergency ordinance by a vote of
5 to 0 on this 12th day of March , 1979; and
ordered published in full in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Wheat Ridge within 10 days after final passage.
