TITLE: AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 18-32, 18-33, 18-34
18-35, 18-36 and 18-37 OF ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 18, AND
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NUMBERED ORDINANCE NO. 321
SERIES OF 1979, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF WHEAT
RIDGE, COLORADO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WHEAT RIDGE,
COLORADO:
Section 1. Sections 18-32, 18-33, 18-34, 18-35, 18-36 and
18-37 of Article II, Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of
Wheat Ridge, Colorado, are hereby repealed in their entirety.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 321 , Series of 1979, which was enacted
as an emergency ordinance on March 12 1979, is hereby
repealed in its entirety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect 1 day after final
publication.
INTRODUCED, READ, AND ADOPTED on first reading by a vote of
5 to 0 on this 12th day of March , 1979;
ordered published in full in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Wheat Ridge and Public Hearing and consideration
on final passage set for March 26 , 1979, at
7:30 o'clock ~.m., at Council Chambers, 7500 West 29th
Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
READ, ADOPTED, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED on second and final
reading by a vote of 6 to 0 this 26th day of
March , 1979.
